He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Francis Joseph and Dorothy Effinger; and his siblings, Andrew, Francis, Albert, Anna, Rose and Agnes.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Erdwein; his daughters, AnnMarie Alderman (Blaine), Mary Harding, Joanne Mosley (Andrew) and Francine Rickert (Anthony); his grandchildren, Emily, Benjamin, Abby, Christian, Devon, Nathaniel, Caitlin, Samantha, Jonathan and Simon; and his great grandchildren, Adrian, Hudson, Killian, Sullivan, Juliet, Dean, Henry, Eloise and Evelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (943 Powers St, New Haven, IN 46774). Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
