Though Joan Marie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan Marie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Stapleton and Anna; her son Craig Dugan; and her sister Ellyn Coyne of Philadelphia, PA.. She is survived by: her children, Mark Dugan of Fort Wayne, IN, Patricia Kowalczyk of Fort Wayne, IN and Pamela Dugan of Spring Hill, FL; and her sister Ann Wickson of Decatur, GA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
