He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kintz and Mary Kintz; his wife Bonita Kintz; and his siblings, Sharon Kintz and Robert Kintz.

He is survived by: his son Shawn Kintz (Angie); and his stepson Joseph Fairchild (Diane). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
