He is survived by: the mother of his children LaNette Worthman; his children, John Worthman and Danielle Miller-Kretschman (Dan); his grandchildren, MaKenna, Ava, Harper and Ty; and his siblings, Alice Martin (Fritz), Faith Wise (Craig) and Marty Worthman (Donna).
