He is survived by: his wife Angie Peterson of Fort Wayne; his son Justin Applegate (Tia) of Kronenwetter, WI; his parents, Barrie Peterson and Judy Peterson of Fort Wayne; his grandsons, Cash and Wright Jeffrey; his brothers, Mike Hernandezpeterson (Kyrie) and Brad Peterson; and his parents-in-law, John, Mary Goelz, Rod Goelz and Andrea Harpel (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
