He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Verduce and Cathleen Renee Verduce (Veith). He is survived by: his siblings, Laurie Glick (Lennie), John Verduce (Cindy) and Suzanne Stratton (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Jason's memory.
