It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kathryn Voglewede of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Walter; her husband Donald R. Voglewede; and her siblings, Patricia Topp and Jack McCollum. She is survived by: her children, Jayne Smuts (Brad), Teresa Tracey (Kim) of New Haven, Tom Voglewede (Teri) of Fleming Island, Rick Voglewede (Shirley) of South Bend and Kathryn Foellinger (David) of Fishers, Indiana; her grandchildren, Brittany Cowley (Seth), Jordan Smuts (Stephanie), Jaclyn Wuest (Ian), Allyson Fortman (Chad), Connor Voglewede (Sarah), Troy Voglewede (Stephanie), Kameron Foellinger (Hannah), Alek Foellinger, Chad Tracey, Laney Foellinger, Melissa Lyons (Mike), Michelle Fisette and John Fisette (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Nora, Harris, Crosby, Riley, Charlotte, Owen, Avery, Elizabeth, Jill, Willow, Thea, Tanner, Alicia, Ally, Caden, Josh, Nate, Nick and Addie; and her siblings, Sue Shockney, Ginny Braun (Tom) and Bill McCollum (Anne).
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Maplewood Park (4017 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
