He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Moore and Florence Moore; his wife Dorothy Moore; his daughter Jolene Rider; and his brothers, Richard Moore and Dale Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise R. Caldwell; his grandchildren, Brandon Caldwell (Brook), Jasmine Townsend (Tommy), Samual Buchs and Kaytlon Buchs; his great grandchildren, Anakin, Malachi and Wyatt; his siblings, Colleen Fisher and David Moore (Debi); and his son-in-law Jerry Rider.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (917 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802).
