He is survived by: his wife Carol Freck (Stahlman); his daughters, Wendy Scott (Brent) of Fort Wayne and Amiee Schaefer (Greg) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Preonda Reese (Stephanie), Braelyn Scott, Jay Scott, Brenton Scott, Bryson Scott and Johnathon Schaefer; his great grandchild Zayde Reese; his siblings, Dan Freck (Pat) and Shirley Gaunt; his stepsiblings, Barb Dawson (Danny), Becky Freck (Tom) and John Raub; and his sister-in-law Shirley Freck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
