He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gallmeyer and Emelie Gallmeyer (Buuck); his wife Mary Jane; and his siblings, Henry Gallmeyer and Lucille Steffey.

He is survived by: his children, Jana Gallmeyer, Jada Campbell (Mike), Jona Croy (Rob) and James Gallmeyer; his grandchildren, Jessica Gallmeyer, Devin and Bailey Croy; and his great grandchild Addison Wolfe.
