She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold "Butch" Herrick and Gloria "Susie" Herrick (Salter); and her grandson Jaxon Lantz. She is survived by: her husband Mark Lantz; her children, Kattie Lantz (Randy Garrett) of Fort Wayne and Tadd Lantz (Emily) of Fort Wayne; her stepdaughter Tiffany Lyons (Walt) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Alyvia Garrett, Asher Lantz, Jason Lyons and Josh Lyons; her siblings, April Morris (Karl) of Fort Wayne, Tony Chapin of Huntington, Luke Herrick of Huntington, Todd Herrick of Huntington and Seth Herrick of Huntington; and her stepfather Don Chapin of Huntington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
