He is survived by: his parents, Brad Garton and Sara Garton; his brothers, Drew and Will; his grandfather Daniel Stump; and his great-grandparent Janet Bouwkamp. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, his cousins, his girlfriend and so very many friends.

For memorials made in Jacks name, the Garton family suggests contributions go to Erin's House for grieving children.
