With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer Caulley Sr. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Caulley and Martha Caulley; and his daughter Fonda Fay. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Jeanette Caulley; and his children, Kelly Caulley and Homer Caulley Jr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Headwaters Church (2000 N Wells St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Legacy Fund at Headwaters Church.
