He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracen Hayworth and Mary Hayworth (Walling); his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Hayworth. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hayworth; and his children, Robert Hayworth (Marty), Linda Strode and Nancy Riesterer (Dean). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to Central Christian College of the Bible, 911 Est Urbandale Drive, Moberly, MO 65270.
