He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Summers and Catherine E. Summers (Smith); and his siblings, Betty Elaine Summers and Dick Summers. He is survived by: his siblings, Ted Summers (Joey Brake), Michael Summers (Cheryl Halbert) and Kathy Summers Garrett (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Linda Summers (Clouse).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crescent Avenue Methodist Church, Turnstone, or North Side Athletic Department.
