Fox; her caregiver Kim Fox of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Matthew Fox, Erika Eckelbarger (Justin), Ethan Fox, Jen Lafferty (Josh), Jordan Fox (Emily) and Melody Fox; her sons, Kevin Fox and Kelly Fox; her daughter-in-law Nancy Fox; and her brothers, Ralph Wall and Howard Wall. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
