With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold W. Lentz (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lentz and Esther Lentz; his wife Kathryn F. Lentz (Reutter); his brother John Lentz; and his grandson Andrew Britton.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara Gallatin (Alan), William Lentz (Katie), Susan Britton (Jeffrey), Linda Valley (William) and Katherine Mather (Matt). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
