It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Gene Christoffel of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Christoffel and Doris Christoffel; and his brother Timothy Christoffel. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Carsyn, Corbin, Madyson, Jack, Leah, Grant, Evan and Logan; his children, Benjamin Christoffel of Westfield, Andrew Christoffel (Beth) of Portage and Jessica Purkey (Brian) of Goshen, Ind; his daughter-in-law Beckett Christoffel of Indianapolis, Ind.; and his siblings, Jeanene Vanderford, Treadwell Christoffel and Lorie Christoffel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
