He is survived by: his wife Gloria Swain; his brother James "Jim" Swain (Dee); his children, Kim Koppenhofer (Ty), Nancy Wesley (Derik) and Eric Swain (Christina); and his stepchildren, Rick Stewart (Kris) and Dena Smith (Mike Cochran). He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
