He is survived by: his wife Linda DeLong; his children, Chris, Kurt (Kim), Tim DeLong (Mindy), Kim Burton (Jerry) and Kerry Detamore (Greg); his grandchildren, Taylor, Kara, Kameron, Alec DeLong, Noah, Emma, Jack Burton, Ellary, Bree and Brock Detamore; and his brother Tom DeLong.

Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, 5910 Homestead Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46814 in lieu of flowers.
