He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Reader (Dick) and Lavon Reader; and his brother Richard Reader (Rick) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Reader (Katie); his son Lucas Reader (Sara Roper) of Tucker, Georgia; and his siblings, Colleen Firestine and Scott Reader (Lisa) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home - Fort Wayne (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
