With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon O. Johnson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Muskegon, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gordon left this world on October 28, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gordon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gordon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Johnson and Maureen Johnson (Bowen); his former wife Judith M. Johnson (Blosser); and his brother Robert B. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Norma Weeda; and his children, Jeff Johnson and Jill Merle. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Towne House (2209 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice or American Cancer Society.
