She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert John George and Imogene Blanche Doehla (Blackburn); and her husband John W. Coverdale. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allen County 4-H Club, Allen County SPCA, or Donor's Choice.
