He is survived by: his wife Pam Bollman of Fort Wayne; his children, Jill Cassidy (Dan) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Brad Bollman (Jessica) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Kathryn Cassidy, Madelyn Cassidy, Jackson Bollman and Annabelle Bollman; and his siblings, Myron Bollman (Josie) of Granger, IN, Rick Bollman (Marj) of Meridian, ID and Michele Bollman of Fort Wayne.
