She is survived by: her children, Sue Cook Ringle of Fort Wayne, IN, Denny Cook of Fort Wayne, IN and Doug Cook of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren.
