She is survived by: her children, Sheila Binns of Defiance, OH, Larry Halsey of Fort Wayne, IN, Tony Halsey of Fort Wayne, IN, Tim Halsey (Kim) of Fort Wayne, IN and Donna Smith (Gene) of Fort Wayne, IN; her siblings, Virginia Baker of Toledo, OH and Johnny Gumm of Hamilton, OH; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Smith, Chandler Smith, Alexa Smith, Chris Halsey, Kristie Bradfield, Joshua Binns and Dustin Binns. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
