He is survived by: his children, Deb Salay of Fort Wayne and Jeff Salay (DeeDee) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Ellen Barlett of Mexico, Barry Salay (Shellie) of Texas and Terry Salay (Alice) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
