He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stebbins and Faye Stebbins; his wife Vrina Stebbins; and his siblings, Norman Stebbins, Lee Stebbins, Lowell Stebbins and Shirley DiRocco.

He is survived by: his son Greg Stebbins (Phyllis) of Fort Wayne; and his grandsons, Scott Stebbins (Carrie) and Randy Grimes (Becky).

Memorial donations in his honor may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, The Little River Wetlands Project, or First Presbyterian Church, Fort Wayne.
