She is survived by: her parents, John Steinbarth and Nancy Bartelt; her pet Jac; her husband Brian Poor; her stepmother Patricia Steinbarth; her brother Gregg Steinbarth; her parents-in-law, Russell and Marjorie Poor; her nephew Alexander Steinbarth; her sister-in-law Linda Poor; and her stepfather Jim Bartelt.

Memorials may be made to Parkview Home, Health, and Hospice or Humane Fort Wayne.
