It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin E. Dutt Sr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Temperance, Michigan, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Dutt and Hazel Dutt (Baldwin); and his wife Betty M. Dutt (Pruitt). He is survived by: his children, Mattie A. Flake of Fort Wayne, Faye A. Dutt of Garrett, Franklin E. Dutt, Jr. (Lisa) of Ossian and Jeffrey A. Dutt of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorial in memory of Franklin may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
