He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Lepera and Esther Lepera; and his brother Tom Lepera. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lepera of Fort Wayne; his children, Vince Lepera (Rhonda), Stephanie Lepera Mathis of Hamilton, OH and Toby Lepera (Amanda) of New Haven, IN; and his siblings, Sandy Bruhn and John Lepera (Marianne). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
