He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Leita A. Osborn (Smith); and his siblings, Bernard Osborn, Herman Osborn, Estal Osborn and Ellen Armstrong.

He is survived by: his sisters, Lillian Krider of Fort Wayne, Rose Williams of Bluffton and Glenna Raber (Don) of Fort Wayne; and his friend Linda Bohn of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Prospect Cemetery Association, and can be mailed directly to the funeral home.
