It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Edith Weitzman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Chapman and Edith Chapman; and her husband Herbert A. Weitzman. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sandkuhler (Marc) of Fort Wayne, IN, Becky Bauermeister (Jeffrey) of Fort Wayne, IN and Jeffrey Weitzman (Donita) of Churubusco, IN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please honor Florence's love for animals with a memorial to Humane Fort Wayne.
