He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee McCormack and Lucy McCormack (Shell); his wife Jane Niebel; his son Brent; his wife Alice Roan (Etchen); his stepmother Irene McCormack; his siblings, Marylou and Tom; and his sister-in-law Elaine Harmon.
He is survived by: his daughter Minda Jones (Ron) of Hicksville; his daughter-in-law Jill McCormack of Hicksville; his grandchildren, Melissa Smith (Todd), Katina Peters (Jason), Phil Jones (Mandy), Matt McCormack (Heidi) and Stacie McCormack; his great grandchildren, Megan, Andrew, Brooke Smith, Grace, Owen, Luke Peters, Avery, Mason, Addison Jones and Brenleigh McCormack; and his sister-in-law Vanita Street of Hicksville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials are to the American Cancer Society or Henderson Settlement Missions.
