He is survived by: his wife Jacquie Momper Downey; his children, Jennifer (Fort Wayne), Jack and Sam; his father Jack Downey; and his siblings, Mark (Susan), Carol (Thomas), Kiraly (Granger), Kevin (Barbara), Kim (Bobbie) and Moore (Whiteland). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
