It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Samuel Lewis of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lewis and Lillian Lewis; and his siblings, Dewayne Lewis and Darlene Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Martin (Al) of Fort Wayne, Florence Lewis of Centralia, Ruth Wilkes of Calumet City, Rosemary Templeton (Lindburg) of Tennessee, Gloria Evans (Ken) of Holt and Thomas Henry of Dover; his cousins, Winston Pierson, Sr. and Teresa Wallace; his close friend David Jardon; and his aunt Dorothy Pierson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
