He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus (Muriel Long) and Ontario; his son-in-law Dan Graney; his sister-in-law Beverly O'Boyle (Dalton); his siblings, Margaret Abrams, Brady R. Long and Harry Long; and his nephews, Frank Long and John Herby.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Long; his children, Brady Long (Amy), Valerie Graney, Michelle Wittekind (Frank Mazziotti), Tina Putt (Tim), Theresa Dressel (Donnie) and Kathryn Mitchell; his grandchildren, Rachelle Marie, Andy Long (Nikki), Sam Graney (Kelly), Zach Graney, Sarah Knox (Devin), Neil Welker, Casey Welker, Christian Long, Courtney Mann (Alec), Erin Zimmerman (Grant), Josh Mitchell and Amanda Badders (Zac); his great grandchildren, Drew of Lily Rose, D. J., Klaire, Kelsie, Kayla, Jack, Emelia, Jude, Georgia, Malachi, Maddix, Londyn, Sawyer and Savannah; his nephew Richard Brady Long; and his sister-in-law Jackie Garvin (John).
