He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Wayne Geiger and Eva Geiger (Zumbrun). He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Baublit; his children, Michael Geiger (Shane), Jody Askins (Chris) and David Geiger (Sherry); his grandchildren, Zack Geiger (Jessica), Blake Askins (Ashley), Paige Askins, Candace Geiger, Chance Geiger, Adyson Curtis, Ciera Geiger and Adria Geiger; his great grandchild Isaac Askins; and his brother Clay Geiger (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given in Ed's memory to Humane Fort Wayne.
