It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight E. Stoner of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester E Stoner and Ella Stoner; and his wife Phyllis Stoner. He is survived by: his stepsons, Rick Winkler of Sarasota Florida and Kevin Charles Winkler (Omana) of Coppell Texas; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Winkler of Pensacola Florida, Chey Winkler (Tina) of Fort Myers Florida, Miriah Osburn (Chris) of Sarasota Florida, Paul Winkler of Arlington Virginia and Michelle Winkler of Houston Texas; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rodka Henderson (Alex) of Indianapolis, Indian and Talia Osburn of Sarasota, Florida..
