He is survived by: his wife Mary Melissa Brown (Zwierko); his children, Dwight Joseph Brown, Edwin Eugene Brown and Eleanor Grace Brown; his mother Suzanne Brown of Fort Wayne; his sister Sarah Northcutt (Brown); his nephews, Clinton Northcutt and Tyler Bailey; his niece Ava Northcutt of Fort Wayne; and his brother Corey Bailey.

The family is requesting donations be made to the leukemia and lymphoma society.
