She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Bucher and Iona G. Bucher (Gilbert). She is survived by: her husband Donald Hower; her children, Renea Perez, Kathy Privett (Ronald) and Michael Hower (Kathryn); and her daughter-in-law Lynn Hower (Steven). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
