It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald W Fryback (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Fryback and Alice Fryback. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary-Alice LeBeau (David) of Fort Wayne, IN and Sue-Anne Tilley (Patrick) of Madison, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby Spangler-Nelson (Phillip), William Spangler, Hannah Tilley, Samantha Tilley and Anthony Riemen. He is also survived by several cousins, and several godchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Soup Kitchen or Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
