He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mossburg and Irma Mossburg (Foster); his wife Sue Ann Mossburg; his son Tim Mossburg; and his siblings, Carlene, Coleen, Becky and Eugene Mossburg.

He is survived by: his children, Dan Mossburg, Karen Stuby (Gary) and Kathy Grillo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
