He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lindsey and Faye Lindsey (Bayles); and his brothers, Gary and Denny Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Barb Lindsey; his children, Jenny Analuisa (Luis), Josh Lindsey (Greg Studebaker) and Jessica Neel; his grandchildren, Alexa Lindsey, Eliana Neel, Elan Analuisa and Aubrey Analuisa; and his sister Deb Fetters (Orv).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
