He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Mary Amanda Jellison (McKinley); and his wife Norma A. Jellison. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Jellison (Tara) and Amy K. Barnes (Matthew) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his siblings, C. Edward Jellison (Nancy) of Pensacola, FL, Kathy Tipsord (Steve) and Noreen Banks of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
