He is survived by: his wife Deborah Coffelt of Oak Ridge, TN; his children, Donald Coffelt (Amy) of Churubusco, IN, Britney Cleveland of Oak Ridge, TN and Erika Beverly (Brandon) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Kaleiya Coffelt, Amya Smith, Micharius Cleveland, Aiyanna Beverly, Braelon Beverly and Kaybree Beverly; and his sisters, Beth Ann Sarazen (Richard) and Amanda Waters (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
