He was predeceased by: his parents, Pantelis Sarakinis and Ioanna Sarakinis (Efthimiou). He is survived by: his wife Marika; his children, Stephanie York (Eddie) of Fort Wayne and Pantelis Sarakinis of Fort Worth; his granddaughters, Sophia, Christina and Anna York; his brothers, Ted Sarakinis (Phany) of Windsor, George Saraknis (Yianovefa) and Tony Sarakinis (Theodora) of Florina, Greece; and his brothers-in-law, Anastasios Pentsos (Joanne) of Toledo and Chris Pentsos (Dina) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
