He was predeceased by: his parents, Wllinear Turk and Grace Turk; his children, Vikki Kerr and David Turk; and his siblings, Judy Cox (Gene), Kenny Turk, Sharon Woods, Steve Turk, Bob Turk and Tammy Dasher.
He is survived by: his wife Norma (Niemeyer); his children, Jeff Turk (Ginger) of Salem, OR, Cindy Mollenkopf (Steve) of Vancouver, WA, Peggy Sabine (Jeff Voors) of Fort Wayne and Chad Turk (Heather) of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Sandy Hogle, Becky Moore, Raymond Turk (Pauline), Tom Turk (Rita), Karen Moser (Steve), Patty Uitts and Jodie Poe; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Turk and Cindy Turk Wayne. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
