He was predeceased by: his father Ray Hart. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Aaron Hart, Ashlie Hart (Joey Marks) and Emily Harris (Eric); his mother Dianna Hart; and his brother Tim Hart (Patsy). He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are Parkinson Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
