She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil and Anna Jane Cecil (Kirtz); her husband Joseph Andrew Looper; her son Joseph Franklin "Joey" Looper; and her siblings, Paul, Bobby, Will Cecil, Amanda and Catherine Cecil.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Looper-Coleman of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Patrice "Treecy" Looper of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Isaaca Sanders, Joseph "Joe-Joe" Looper (Morenike), Saimone Harter (Travis), Iesha Looper, Alexus Murrain (Cody), Darius Coleman, Terryonna Coleman, Savannah Coleman, Jermaine Reese, Jasmine Reese, Jaylin Reese and Jayla Reese; her siblings, Avel Cecil of Deltona, Marie Cecil of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Daniel Dan Cecil (Barbara) of Saginaw, Michigan; her niece Pamela Glaspie O'Neal (Terry) of Deltona, Florida; and her nephews, David Cecil of Saginaw and Adrian Cecil of Charlotte. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends.
